3. Ordering and customer information

The products are ordered on the e-commerce website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. Flexibility Invoice / Installment

Flexible Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly.

With flexibility, you get a 30-day interest-free payment period. An invoice surcharge of € 2,90 will be added to the purchase. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting at € 9,90 / month. The cost of the flexible installment is € 3,90 / month and a credit rate of 19,90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Flexible.

Shopping with flexibility is safe. With your first purchase, you make a strong electronic identification. Flexibility and freedom of choice - pay in one go or in installments at the pace you choose

An invoice and account credit will give you more time to pay for your ecommerce purchases. Using them, you can wait for your order to arrive in peace before paying it. You can make a payment either with a single invoice or, in smaller installments, with an overdraft, allowing you to make the amount that works best for you each month and spread the payment over a maximum of 36 months.

Free payment on invoice - safe and easy to use

With the invoice, you always get 45 days interest-free payment period for your e-commerce purchases. The long payment period allows you time to review your purchase and, if necessary, return it before the invoice is due.

To take advantage of the payment period, you need a positive credit decision, which is easy to apply for at the time of purchase. You can apply for it if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal identity number and a permanent, official home address in Finland. Your credit information is also checked from Bisnode Finland Oy's register.

    5. Order and payment confirmation

    After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.

    6. Delivery methods and costs

    We will normally deliver the products you have ordered within 2-5 working days of your order using the delivery method of your choice. It is possible to choose Posti or Matkahuolto delivery as the delivery method.

    If necessary, the order can be divided into several shipments. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays.

    Deviating delivery times will be announced on the e-commerce website or in the order confirmation sent by e-mail.

    All orders are shipped unobtrusively packaged in a brown or white cardboard box, and there is no mention of Pandora in the shipper information.

    7. Return Policy

    7.1 Right of withdrawal

    All products purchased from the Pandoras online store have a 100-day right of cancellation from the date of receipt of the order. The cancellation period ends 100 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment of receipt of the order. Cancellation of the transaction is completely free of charge for you. Orders shipped abroad will take care of the return method and return costs the customer himself.

    In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous manner, for example by stating that you wish to return the order by sending an email to

      To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the 100-day cancellation period.

      The 100-day return policy only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. Restrictions on the right of return in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Hygiene and intimate products have no right of return after opening the packaging or if any seal or protective plastic has been broken because the product cannot be returned for sale due to its nature.

      If the product is not intended for intimate use, you can open the product package as long as the product package and its contents are in the same condition as when you received it. The receipt proves that the transport company has received the package for transport, in which case the responsibility passes to the transport company.

      7.2 Effects of cancellation

      If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs * without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have received the goods back. We will process the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction.

      * Delivery costs will be refunded according to the cheapest delivery method, ie for products ordered by home delivery, we will not refund the difference between home delivery and the cheapest possible delivery method.

      You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you return the goods before the end of that 14-day period.

      7.3 Unredeemed package

      Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge a shipping and handling fee of 20 euros / shipment. If you wish to return your order, you must receive your package and return it in accordance with the return terms.       7.4 Returns of Promotional Products

      7.5 Replacing the product

      8. Shipments broken on delivery or incorrect / defective product on delivery

      Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, the shipping company does not always manage to deliver the packages intact. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package already upon receipt of the shipment. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the Post Office immediately. If the shipment is damaged during transport, also notify us at, so we can agree on the delivery of a new product.

      Unfortunately, sometimes it can happen that the wrong product is left on the trip due to human error or the product is defective. In such a situation, please contact us immediately and we will agree on a return and a replacement product. You can contact us either by e-mail to or by using the contact us form on the website. If possible, we will replace the defective product with a new defect-free product or, if you wish, we will refund the purchase price.

      9. Cookies

      We use cookies to store the contents of the customer's Shopping Cart and to improve the user experience of our pages, e.g. collect statistics on visitor numbers (Google Analytics). It is not possible to identify an individual user from the statistics, but the data is stored anonymously.

      10. Terms and conditions of the regular customer relationship

      10.1 Principles of the Loyalty Program

      For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the Loyal Customer Program means the Pandoras Reward Loyal Customer Program and the Loyal Customers mean the individuals who have joined this program. Loyal customers of Pandoras accumulate Pandoras points for their purchases from the Pandoras online store and can use the accumulated points to purchase coupons. With coupons, the loyal customer receives a discount on their future purchases or other benefits such as free products. The Pandoras loyalty program is free of charge.

      10.2 Joining a regular customer

      Anyone over the age of 18 can become a regular customer of Pandora. By joining as a regular customer, the customer declares that he or she has reached the age of 18. All loyal customers must have a valid email address. By joining as a regular customer, you agree that Pandoras may email you marketing letters, such as information about promotions and the hottest news.       10.3 Collecting Loyalty Points

Pandoras may also organize offers and promotions for regular customers, which may be valid until further notice, one-time use or tied to a specific activity. Pandoras reserves the right to change the benefits of the loyalty program by informing customers reasonably in advance on Pandoras' website or by sending e-mails to loyal customers.

      10.5 Termination of a regular customer relationship

      A regular customer can terminate a regular customer at any time by notifying us in writing or by sending an e-mail to Pandoras customer service. Loyal customers terminate immediately after processing the notification. A loyal customer loses the benefits they earn when they terminate their loyalty.

      10.6 Changes in the loyalty program

      10.7 Limitation of Liability

      Pandoras is not responsible for system failures or their possible consequences. Pandoras will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from changes, interruptions or termination of the Loyalty Program.

      11. Settlement of Disputes and Jurisdiction

      We always strive to resolve disagreements for the benefit of the customer. However, if no agreement is reached, we will follow the recommendations of the Consumer Disputes Board. The consumer customer has the right to submit disputes arising from deliveries and returns to the Consumer Disputes Board ( to be resolved.
